I love Cottage Cheese. No one in my family will eat it (Yay, more for me) I love it with fruit, srawberries, blueberries, pineapple. Many times with just salt and pepper.

I don't understand cottage cheese being sweet, like mixing it with fruit. Yucky to me.

I can add it to just about any meal... but as a snack, I have been enjoying it lately with chopped steamed beets. Yummy.

I love it plain. Occasionally I'll put some fresh ground pepper in.

I ate it with paprika and tomatoes for years because my mom did, but found I preferred it without.

I like it cooked with scrambled eggs instead of other cheeses.

I like it in tuna salad, egg salad, etc. instead of mayo.

I think I got this from Curves.
1/2 cup 2% Cottage Cheese, 1 pack splenda, sprinkle of cinnamon, some slivered almonds and 1/4 cup Fiber One Protein Cereal-Maple brown sugar. I use this as my nighttime snack.

I eat mine with chips and crackers like a dip- Doritos are the best! Rye chips work well, too.
Or you can use lightly roasted veggies or fresh cucumber slices instead of chips/crackers. Mix in a little salsa of your choice, if you like. I never tried mango salsa in cottage cheese but that actually sounds really good now that I'm thinking of it.

For a sweet tooth, the fruits I like to mix in are apricots, pineapple, and peaches.

You can also make some sugar free jello and eat it on the side.

It has to have some fat in it or its really not good. I make sure I weigh a portion that fits into my calories.

I whir it in my blender until it is smooth, then can do a sweet with sweetener, add a bit of vanilla, yum. I will try some of these savory ideas too. I do not like the texture of cottage cheese out of the container.

I love cottage cheese. But loving my protein pancakes right now and these are the best ones.

    1/4 cup raw oats
    1/4 cup cottage cheese
    1/2 scoop protein powder
    1/2 cup egg whites

Blend all the ingredients until a batter forms. Pour over a hot griddle.
Flip when the edges start browning.
Serve with a tablespoon of natural peanut butter and top with almonds.

I like to use it instead of ricotta in baked pasta dishes. Sounds weird, but it's yummy.

    I do the same thing!

If you like pumpkin pie, try this:
    1/2 cup cottage cheese
    1/4 pumpkin
    1/2 serving vanilla protein powder
    1 tablespoon splenda
generous seasoning of cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice (I use 4-5 big shakes of each)

Stir it all together. If it's too thick, add some water until it's the consistency you want.
