Working late nights at a club (and missing dinner) often leads to a late night Maccas run (McDonalds to those outside of Australia).
I have sat down and wrote down the calorie contents of my favourite choices and figure out what I want with the calories I have to spend. I feel like a little kid haha, how much food can I get for my calories? (example attached, if you're curious)

I eat there more times that I would like. Recently I discovered the grilled chicken sandwich (and I was always a QP or Big Mac girl). I find having the bun, and the condiments reminds me of a burger, and it scratches my McD itch. A small fries does it too.
