    If I had 180 calories left & I were hungry I'd usually pick ice cream or some other snack/sweet to treat myself.

    Since a lot of fruits are coming back in season you could make a fruit salad. I've been eating Honeydew almost every night.

    Heck no, if I had 180 calories and was actually hungry I'd eat something that would fill me up... oatmeal, Greek yogurt and fruit etc.

    Ice cream and treats are for when I'm not hungry.

    Check in with how I feel - am I hungry, do I feel like something sweet? Sometimes I just leave it and 'store up' the deficit to use later in the week. Sometimes I have a square or two of dark chocolate - usual about 110 calories. If I'm still hungry - Greek yoghurt or cottage cheese.
