    Why Drink Alkaline Water?

When it comes to water consumption. Start increasing your intake in steps and...Work towards IDEAL. The
water intake which is 1/2 your body weight in ounces. Water's involved in every type of cellular process in your body, and when you're dehydrated, (and a large percentage of people are not) your body runs less efficiently --and that includes your metabolism.

    Low energy and Dieting

Water and fiber provide little, if any, energy to foods. Eating more water-rich and fiber-rich vegetables and fruit can decrease the energy density of the diet. Protein and carbohydrates provide less than one-half the energy of fat per gram.

    Should You Take Vitamins?

A healthy diet should give you all of the vitamins and minerals you need, but many people take vitamins just to make sure. There are several formulations available, but all you need is a simple multivitamin and multi-mineral supplement.

Overcame A Weight Loss Plateau By Changing My Mindset

Figure out how you truly want to feel, identify your core values in life and take ownership of your vision. Everyone is different, then let those values, that vision and those desired feelings guide you and be your motivation.
This motivation comes from within, is authentic for YOU and brings harmony to your life. Everything else will follow naturally.

Weight loss is primarily a numbers game: calories in versus calories out. So choose nutritious foods, but count those calories and be mindful. And when you count the calories make sure you're meeting your weight loss calorie goal. (VW)
