    I stayed hydrated and was conscious about my eating and it showed on the scale. On to next week.

    I ate well and weightlifted 3x this week. I felt bloated and heavy this whole week, so I'm surprised that I only had a small gain this week. I will continue to make sure I stay hydrated this week.

    Weighed myself a day early as I'm running a half marathon today and will most likely have several pound (or more) of water weight tomorrow.

    Great to see everyone doing so well and hanging in there. I see a few new names welcome glad you could join.
    I am well on my way to recovery after knee surgery and to be honest, I have not got bak on track. I really need to get serious and at least try. Sometimes we all slip up or lose our way on this journey, but we can find our way back on the right path. Reading all your post and seeing your progress gives me much needed encouragement. I will back very soon and will post MY progress. Thanks to all and I am proud of all of you.

    I have spent the last four days at my parents house, so I am taking the loss as a great success. I am very proud of fact that I went to the rec center near my parents house and weightlifted twice.

    my highest weight was 228 lbs, and I got down to 190 and have fluctuated between 190 and 195 for many years. But I swore I would never get back to the 200's, but here I am back on my journey to 'onederland' plus lower. Looking forward to the journey with you all.

    This I continued with making sure I was hydrated and eating my calories. I've started to work on my stretching and attempt to stretch everyday. This week my goal is to stretch everyday.

    Hello Everyone
    Sorry I have been MIA, I have had a very busy Summer & fall. I had surgery on my knee in July and recovered well.
    Then 3 weeks ago, I fell and hurt my knee AGAIN! Well, I will find out how serious next week.
    Ok, the holidays are up on us and time fot a challenge. How about a "HOLIDAY CHALLENGE".
    The challenge is to LOSE 10 pounds by Christmas with the same guide lines you are using now. Weigh in every week. Its 7 weeks until Christmas, so you only need to lose about 1 1/2 pounds per week. We can do this! if you lose more, Then what a GIFT for yourself. I will post my weight Monday 11/13/2017 and start my journey. Please get Inspired and join the challenge.
