    I was super stoked when I got on the scale today and found I actually lost weight! Coming off a vacation and then a very stressful work week, very surprised in a good way.

    Hello everyone and congratulations on your weight losses, if you did not lose; focus get back on track. Keep your food journals so you can find out what you need to change. I want to thank andreasrieth for the well wishes for a speedy recovery. I am doing well and coming along, I still can not walk without a waker or cane, but in a month I should be back on track. I have not gained or lost, just maintaining after surgery. I will get back on track ASAP

    I was down 2 lbs earlier this week, but had my first weightlifting session yesterday in over a week. Love the weightlifting, hate the water retention. However, I'm still down from last week.

    I see some great results and congrats to all of you. I am doing well with my recovery and have gained 4 pounds. I started back on my plan Aug.1 and I lost 1.6 pounds in 1 day. so that gives me a positive boost on staying on track. So I am starting this post with my weight:

    This week I made a conscious effort to make sure that I kept hydrated. That really helped me to stay at or near my calorie goals.
