Can't look up my tracker right now but this morning brought me to 29 miles out if a goal of 40 for the month. I won't make it this month but I'll get close.

Today's run was not great. The first 5 miles were fine and then the humidity got the better of me. I was sick to my stomach but didn't throw up, but it was a close call and my legs just felt like logs - so tired. Tomorrow I have early meetings until just before lunch so I have decided to call it a rest day. I may still change my mind if I get up super early but not likely at this point. I did make it to 100 though!

So much for my injury. After significant improvement since Tuesday, I felt I could test out my calf this evening. I had some minor pain throughout the day but I noticed it was worse after inactivity, such as sitting at my desk. So off I went, on a beautiful warm, but dry, evening. I ended up with 3.7 painless miles and would have gone longer but I had my dog with me and didn't want him running any more in the temps we had.

Oddly since that run I've had NO pain at all. Tomorrow morning should be 64 degrees and I'll be out there with Kody once again, going for 5.2 miles to hit 100 for the month.

Blister on the ball of my foot. May not run tomorrow. I need better socks

Ouch. Get some moisture wicking and that should solve your problem. My daughter swears by Swiftwick, but I'm an Under Amour girl.
And I like the Smartwool socks - never had a blister with them, ever!

Congrats on meeting your goals, everyone! I started my week with some raging poison ivy, but squeaked out another seven the past couple of days. I'm at 88.5/80. Naturally I'm going to have to run a few more miles tonight now.tp0rbqi9nppy.jpg
