Sadly, I'm sure you're right. But evening sadly, they've even convinced themselves that they taste good.

Or you could just fit real waffles into your macros. Why ruin something so amazing by making it healthy??!

I eat whatever I want. This was a parody on all the cauliflower substitutes people are doing.

It's cauliflower and eggs in a blender. Then bake in a waffle iron and enjoy!

(Let me know how it goes. I've never had them myself but I've heard they're almost as yummy as cauliflower overnight oatmeal.)

Lol, I only eat cauliflower steamed. The rest of the stuff that people make with it as a "substitute" I find amusing.

I literally did this :noway: when I read the title. This does remind me of the Cauliflower Pizza crust recipe I've seen. Thought about giving it a try, but like someone above said "Why ruin something so good by making it healthy?" Best question of the day!

That may be the worst recipe I've ever read.

Onion, garlic and chives in waffles? That reminds me of the old Friends episode where Rachel made English Trifle combined with Shepherd's Pie because the pages of the two different recipes got stuck together. Yea, I watched that. Whatevs . . .
