Okay I'm a medium frame. I'm 171 now, short term goal 165 long term goal 150 then will maybe aim for 145.0

I'm 5'8" and currently 145 lbs. I'm a size 4/6 now, was an 8/10 this time last year, and slowly moving towards a size 2. That's my goal at whatever weight it may be, probably around 130 - 135. I'm a small frame though.
150 lbs is a great goal weight for tall women! My dance teacher was 5'7" and 150 lbs and she looks wonderful. She has a lot of muscle of course but she looks very healthy and fit at that weight.0 -
was 238 and made a goal of 155. now i am 163 and i am excited about 155 but think i will have another 20 to lose0

people say I should be atleast 150 but I want to be 120. that's my long term goal. im 5"7 27 yrs old.0

Started at about 190, I'm shooting for 159 because that puts me in the healthy BMI range. I'm at 164 now (almost 7 months into this). Ultimately I plan to be more like 150 probably when I'm done. My main goal really is to just be at a healthier weight.
My advice is don't stress about a particular number. Be in the healthy BMI range and look in the mirror naked, you'll know if you're doing OK.0 -
I would like to be back at 165 lbs, right now I am currently at 178.0

I'm a woman, currently at 150 but I have very little muscle so it doesn't sit well on me - I'm "skinny fat" although not that skinny. I think that I would look better at 150 if I was way better toned/muscled. In the past I was 140 and felt great. I'm aiming for 135, but with way more muscle mass than I currently have.0

Just started my journey here, starting at 172, my heaviest weight ever. First goal is 155 to start. But ultimately going for 140.
I had gotten down to 146 about 4 years ago, then got pregnant & here I am again.0 -

I have been aiming for 120. I have a small frame and light bones. Yes, it is true, I am a delicate little flower.
I may not make that goal because the last time I was 120 I wasn't very interested in fitness, just the number on the scale. Now, I am exercising and lifting weights. I know my muscle mass is greater than it was then, so 120 might be too low. When I can fit into my old pants I'll shake my booty and call it a day.0 -
I was 189, now 162, would like to get to 150-155. Any lower than that and I look like a stick figure and am weak, besides I like wearing a B cup instead of AA! lol0

I am 5 ft 7 and was at 120-130 for years and when I look back I looked sickly,I felt the most comfortable in my own skin when I was between140 and 1500

Wow.. im also 5'7, had a baby 2 and a half months ago..my start weight was 225lbs, current weight is 200lbs.. however am also aiming for 150 to 160lbs to start off with.. after my first baby i lost 80lbs and rested at 155lbs and was happy. I think im a medium frame. Add me if you want to interact for motivational support on a daily basis..

I'm 5"8 and my goal is 119. I'm currently 133. I've been my goal weight before and even then had fat to lose in places. I think I'm an outlier in this range haha0

My ultimate goal would be 118-125. 130 at the heighest. It all depends how I feel. Anything is better than now0
