If you want it badly enough you'll do it. If you don't, you won't.

If you seriously want to lose weight then you have to seriously want it.

No one's going to set your alarm and wake you up to go running at 5 am before work. No one's going to cook your healthy meals for you at 11:00 pm on a Sunday night and no one's gonna knock that XL pizza out of your hand at 1 am when you've had a bad day.

That's just what I have to tell myself to stay motivated, or to get back on track when the wheels fall off haha

Eat fewer calories than you burn.

    Weigh your food.

    Stick with it.

There's three for the price of one! :)

Throw away everything you think you know about losing weight and just focus on calories

Best ever - If you were driving along and got a flat, would you slash the other 3 tyres and walk back to where you came from? No, you'd change the tyre and keep going. Don't let a 'slip' be an excuse to give up.

Keep a food diary. That's why I'm here.

Edit: sorry, meant to say, that's why I'm STILL here.

Also: Find what works for you rather than some random strange (aka celebrity) and stick with it.

You can eat whatever you want... as long as you burn it off.

I was the sort of person what felt my desire to eat whatever I want was stronger to stop the slow weight gain I was having. Not anymore!

That's an adaptation of "Losing weight is hard. Being fat is hard. Choose your hard" and there are millions of memes available if you're the kind who likes fridge art

People say 20% exercise and 80% diet.
    I say 100% mindset.
