Anyone following clean eating plan can I see your diary pls?

For health reasons my household will be eating clean as well as grain, most dairy, sugar and starch free but need some meal and snack ideas. We will basically be eating The SCD/Paleo,way but my other half is worried about going hungry and wasting away! If you eat this way or similar can I see your diary tnx

That sounds very restrictive; are you planning on eating this way indefinitely?0

It's due to a medical condition so we will be trying to make it better through diet as drugs aren't working well anymore. I won't restrict as much as my OH will though as I am planning to keep dairy in my diet as well as sweet potato. He can have live yogurt and also most cheeses but other than that it will be mainly cooked vegetables, fruit and meat/fish.0

If you Google for xxxxxx paleo recipe or xxxxx keto recipe you'll find lots of options. Just insert what you want for the xxxx.

Oh good; at first it sounded like you's be eating nothing but meat, non starch veggies and fruit. I'd fall of the wagon in about 48 hrs if I tried to do that. Here's a recipe for an awesome and satisfying salad:

Thanks, have found a few recipes but haven't thought of googling in that way. I thought that if I asked to see diaries it might help to see how he can fill his day with meals, snacks etc. in order to get enough calories. In my case it's not going to be so hard as I eat around 1300 calories most days but he eats closer to 2000.0
