    Last month I lost 6lbs, so while it wasn't quite the 7 I wanted to lose, I was pleased with that and it's been a noticeable weight loss. I can see it in my face finally!
    Successes/struggles this week:
    Still struggling with my binges but they are definitely getting fewer and smaller. Biggest problem is I fell over quite badly on Friday morning while running; I've bruised my ribs and hurt my shoulder so no running for me for a little while. Big success though: I've now lost exactly 50lbs and I'm halfway there! Good luck for August everyone.

    So, I'm changing things up a little bit. First, you'll notice I adjusted the dates. I'm gonna be on vacation with no access to this site, so I gave the last day before and the first day after vacation that I'll be available to check my weight instead. Second, normally, I try to lose 2.5 kg/month. However, as I said, I'm going on vacation. I'm gonna try and watch what I eat, but with no way to check how many calories are in most things and being on vacation, I'm probably not going to be eating that healthy. I've allowed myself this one week to not follow what I'm eating so carefully, although I'll try not to overeat or anything. However, as such, I expect that I'll probably gain a little bit back. I'm aware of this possibility and I accept that it'll probably happen. So instead of 2.5 kg, I only have a goal of 1.5 kg. It's just one week, so I don't think I'll gain that much, but I don't wanna set the bar too high and end up disappointing myself. Anyway, that's my goal for this month.

    Started well yesterday with a (by no means perfect) day of eating full meals but not overeating, and not trying to be too extreme. Drank a good amount of water too. And I put up with the ritual mocking from my brothers which is always a barrier! Hoping that writing my weight and progress in this group will give me some accountability and keep me on track!!
