    I lose weight very slowly though I workout 5 times pee week for 2 hours or more per session.

    Successes/struggles this week: I enjoyed the July challenge, even though I didn't reach my goal. I figure this is a good way to track my progress and stay accountable. I took body measurements that I want to post along with my weigh in's, so I can determine progress...even if it's not on the scale.

    Aug 1st - just could not stop eating

    Aug 2nd - scale showed 2.2 loss, but meds are playing a big role in my gain/loss factors. I am using clothes as a better scale right now. But it still feels good to see a loss!!

    Aug 3 - down another 0.2 today. I will take that!!

    Aug 4 - Up the 0.2 that I lost yesterday. I am sure it is b/c I ate lots of carbs, even though it was vegetables.

    Onward and downward we go!! o:)

    Did some painting with a friend - got hot but not too breathy
    I met or did better then my. 10,000 step goal for 6 of the last 7 days
    Didn't gain - yay!
