Successes/struggles this week: Well, it was the morning after a wedding when I weighed in last week, so looks artificially high in the loss department, but it does feel good Despite a trip to Vancouver, being taken out on my last day of work, and some stress and excitement this week I hit my fitness goals and ate pretty well. I have a birthday party today and a wedding tonight, then starting a new job on Monday so will need to really think ahead!0 -

Successes/struggles this week:- Success: Went out to eat once at my favorite Mexican place, and didn't eat super well... but controlled portions and burned off the extra calories the next day. That was the only day I went over my daily calories.
- Struggle: For the first time I was unable to complete my C25K day. I'm on W7D2 (25min jog) and I went to a new park to run. I don't think my body was used to the hills and I could only do 20 minutes of jogging with a few periods of walking. Oh well - rest up, fuel the body, and I'll get it next time.

Successes/struggles this week: I am not that upset at all with a .6 pound gain this week. My birthday was Wednesday, and each team I work with at work separately bought me a cake (and I'm not going to sit there and refuse when they spent their personal money on it) so I had some of that, another coworker bought me a surprise gourmet cheeseburger, again from his personal money, and I'm way too polite to turn it down. Plus, its not sustainable for me to not have treats on my birthday. Also, my plantar fasciitis started coming back this week, so I had to dial back the exercise quite a bit. While that's not the main part of weight loss, its extremely motivating for me, and I missed it. Feeling better now and back on track!0 -

Struggles: I struggled to get in my 10,000 steps every day, because of the time I have spent doing Strength and Flexibility workouts and other tasks for the Challenge. Not too upset, though, as it is great fun and the other House members are fab.0 -

This week I continued doing everything I was doing. I feel like I haven't eaten particularly well, but the food I ate wasn't unhealthy either. I made some Thai soup yesterday (friday) and ate it that day then the next day. There's a lot of coconut milk in that soup, but I also know that the oil in coconut is healthy (consumer in moderation). I'm still struggling to eat healthy food more often.
Also felt pain in my hamstrings on Tuesday, so I haven't run since out of precaution. I still do other forms of cardio and strength training. I worked out 4 days straight (mon-thur) took friday off and did some very light exercise today (Saturday). I'm not sure if I will take a full rest day Sunday or an active rest day. We'll see!
