I am needing some accountability-seems like I always hit a bit of a wall before I enter a new decade on my weight- been close to 130s for about 6 months and just keep expecting get there without too much work- ha! Hoping this will be my final push to get to my goal weight.

This post popped up at the perfect time. 5 pounds is exactly what I'd like to accomplish this month.
Biggest struggle this week: Family. There was a birthday this week which means dinner out and cake. To give an example of how limited healthy menu options were, the butter served with the bread had sugar mixed in it.
Biggest success this week: Got a private space cleared out so I can get back to doing my favorite exercise tapes uninterrupted.

Last Monday I weighed in at 174 but I have had to ease up on my exercise levels because of knee pain and today the scales read 175 I will have to redouble my efforts to reach my goal at,the end of the month.
