Well done everybody so far I have a feeling this month will be really good.
@TerriRichardson112 thank you. I remember the first time I started using the lose 5 pounds in month posts what was December last year I was not the one who had started these type of post there had been going for years. It started to help me use this site more because at the time I was just using the food and exercise diary but sometimes I would forget to use them then I found the lose 5 pounds in December post by January this year I notice that there was not a lose 5 pounds in January post so I set it up and I have been setting them every month since. I am happy this is helping you.0 -
So happy to have found MFP still carting baby weight from three years ago! Also had a surgery which has held me back physically and emotionally. Last "diet " I tried was The Master Clense ... Total disaster! Looking to do it the healthy permaneent way now.

I am needing some accountability-seems like I always hit a bit of a wall before I enter a new decade on my weight- been close to 130s for about 6 months and just keep expecting get there without too much work- ha! Hoping this will be my final push to get to my goal weight.
I hear you on the baby weight treasureslide- my youngest will be 4 this December so I can't keep using that as an excuse!! Good luck treasureslide!!0 -
