Welcome to the newcomers!!
This is a terrific challenge and it has helped me lose and keep weight off (with a little yo-yoing). Be realistic about your cut-off time and allow for a later time on week-ends or special occasions.
And, once you've reached your cut-off time, stay out of the kitchen!!

Some of us have a problem controlling late night "snacking." The challenge isn't called "late night meal." It's about snacking after we've hit our goal for the day. Some of us have issues with mindless snacking in the evening for a variety of reasons. Kudos to you for being able to control your eating! This challenge is for people who need motivation and support to control snacking.

Just to add to the conversation about late night snacking - having anything caloric after my cut-off time just opens the floodgates to unnecessary calories and unhealthy choices. I need the discipline of this challenge to put the brakes on mindless snacking. We are all just trying to find what works for us and this works for me.

These last couple of weeks has been so so crazy so I fell off the wagon big big time! I need this challenge!!!!!!!!! The scale is going the wrong way!!!!! Tonight, I'm going to start fresh, I CAN do this! Plus, I WILL catch up on all the posts, so so sorry!!!!!!0
