    Great start
    Count me in. I have been going to the y and using the treadmill everyday. I have short term goals like mani/pedi if I make it for 2 whole weeks. Well I one week in. No stopping me now!! I use a FirBit I usually get about 4.5 miles in steps/day. About 2 miles from the treadmill the rest from my normal walking at work. My goal is at least 10,000 steps per day. The step trackers are very good motivators to keep you moving. Anyway feel free to add me!! Happy Saturday!!

    great start! It's good to have little goals and treats too ;) we have date night and massages as a reward every few weeks. Keeps the motivation going :) good luck x

    I'm flying to Vegas today for a conference. Walked 1.5 miles in the airport.

    Bravo.....my airline carry-on is a back-pack so I can easily walk in the airport while waiting to board...I also bring my phone (with music to listen to) and ear phones.

    I walk outside around nearby lakes. Will post later if I get a few km under my feet this afternoon.

    Walking in the airport is fab- lots of waiting around = many steps to take :)

    New to this but I did the Leslie Sansone 2 mile walk exercise dvd today. Goal is to complete it 4 more times for next week weigh in --- August 11th, August 12th, 13th, 14th. Also still induction lost about 6.5 pounds so far, I am staying here, it's difficult bug it works!

    I got in 2.5 miles today walking around at my conference. More walking tomorrow. Now I just need to stay away from the food and alcohol a plenty here.

    Well done! A little taste won't hurt- just stick within calories or make it up with extra exercise! :wink:

    Warm and humid this evening but very very beautiful with the sun setting over the water. The light was incredible.

    Take good care of it! I injured my ankles last year and it took quite a while before they were any good.
