    The walking challenge has really motivated me. I now walk into and out of town most days which is roughly 25 minutes each way. (Uphill on way in)
    Then of course, Edinburgh Fringe started and I am walking at least 2 hours each day to get into town then between shows. I also have a pedometer which gives me a feeling of achievement when I see I've walked 3-4 miles at a time :smiley:
