I smile more with one side of my face. And one side of my jaw is super developed and the other is nonexistent. You get used to overlooking stuff

I look at eyes all day, every day, and I have for 25 years. Everybody's eyes do that. It is NORMAL. Nobody has a symmetrical face.
Take a selfie. Now use Photoshop or whatever to split your face in half, then duplicate it. Flip one half over and then put them together to make one perfectly symmetrical face. You won't even look like yourself.
Your face is perfect the way it is because it is the public side of your meat suit. Any other face is not your face. It is someone else's face.
Wrinkles, crows feet, grey roots. All of these things equal wisdom and maturity. As an older fried of mine was fond of saying,
"Women don't even get interesting until they are 25, and don't start to get sexy until they are 35"! (RIP Pete)

I confess I purged for the first time in a really long time, and I hate myself for it and for eating All The Things that made me feel sick in the first place. The feelings of nausea and stress and sad and alone and general self-loathing were just more than I could deal with today. I hang out on here to stay mindful of how I treat my body, but I inevitably end up taking terrible care of myself.
I confess I feel like I come across as an attention wh0re posting anything like this on the internet but I have no one else to talk to right now and I just want it off my chest so I can go home and sleep for 12 hours and maybe wake up tomorrow feeling ever so slightly better.1 -
I confess that It feel like we all need a little counseling today.2

I felt that way when I first came to the boards, but I have learned to just jump in and if what I say gets passed over it's no biggie. What you post gets more attention than you think. Don't try to be cool, be your own weird little self. Be nice and they will be nice back

I felt that way when I first came to the boards, but I have learned to just jump in and if what I say gets passed over it's no biggie. What you post gets more attention than you think. Don't try to be cool, be your own weird little self. Be nice and they will be nice back
