    I had to take a rest day yesterday cause I planned for a crazy few days...
    And today my 4 year old is sick.. so it looks like I'm taking another rest day... or I could take him with me down to the box and he can practise his form wile I work out... he only has a cold.. If I make him wear warm cloths it won't effect him right? I mean.. a 4 year old can totally come do Crossfit with mommy... I think?
    Am I a bad mom? :P

    I cook/bake in my underwear. I'd rather take a shower to wash off all the flour rather than do a huge load of laundry for aprons, etc.

    I confess that Zayn/Taylor Swift song that's in 50 Shades Darker has been stuck in my head ALL DAY and I'm mad about it because I genuinely hate Taylor Swift and everything about 50 Shades. ...and I kinda like the song, which makes it even worse.
