    If you are able to lose just 5lbs, then you have succeeded in improving your health, let that success motivate you to push for the next 5lbs and so on...

    My advice, don't set any time of goal weight with some sort of a time line, just try to make small improvements week after week. Eventually you will gather so much momentum, you will be astonished by what you become capable of... But it takes time

    I could go for some McDonald's Mulan Szechuan Sauce. But only because some of it sold for $14K on eBay.

    This was one of the first memorable movies that I went to without parental supervision, I still remember laughing and laughing with my friends and I was so young then, I am sure many of the jokes went over my head. I remember leaving the theater with such a happy soul. I still laugh and laugh when I watch it. I also still bawl during some parts of it too that I can relate to when my parents divorced.

    I haven't ate Mickey D's in years but I think I'd break the streak for an order of those.
