    I add vegetables into everything instead of taking things away.
    Burgers, nuggets, meatloaf, kofta, meatballs, etc all have shredded vegetables in them. The leaner the meat, the more moisture it needs, so it works out perfectly.

    Ok, negligible protein difference. We really like to focus on the wrong things. Really what's 5g per day, it's not going to affect anything as far as weight loss goes.

    That's for one serving. I don't eat just one serving of chicken. And, you know, macros and stuff.

    Hummus instead of sandwich spread or mayo. Try it on your next Turkey bacon wrap with roasted red peppers and spinach...you will not be disappointed!
