Forgive me if I missed mention of it, but I did not read anything about your routine. In the case you have not, ever lift? Have you seen this MFPer? She always did cardio. But then switched to lifting. If you don't fancy reading, scroll a third of the way down to the four side by side photos..... there is one month difference between the last two photos, and only ONE pound difference. You look AMAZING btw. I don't think you have 15lbs to lose.
