I live in a house with six other people and I'm pretty sure someone is steeping some illicit substance in some other illicit substance right now. But behind their science project, my toasted coconut almond milk <3

I live with my 19 year old son and my husband...but surprisingly enough the only thing in my fridge that is not healthy would be the yogurt for son/husband, philly cream cheese (full fat) for them too.

Everything else is low fat, light and fresh or homemade.

Can't list it all there is too much considering I just got groceries.

The drink fridge has 67 calorie beer, vodka and bud ( bud isn't for me)

When you do the shopping it is pretty easy to control what goes in the fridge.

Full fat is very healthy! Higher caloric value, yes, but not unhealthy. :)

Wine coolers that have been there since the dark ages, spaghetti squash, chili, beer, cheese, butter, olives (gotta have those), lard, low sodium soy sauce, celery, carrots, apples, bacon. That's what I can think of off the top of my head.
