    if you ate 4000 calories a day, 1000g of which were carbs, than you'd be eating strictly carbs. zero fat, and zero protein.

    you could totally do that if you only ate gummy bears.

    just the thought of eating 4000 cals in gummy bears makes me sick D:

    true story one time i ate an entire bag of gummy bears and i got sick and then i couldn't eat gummy bears for like years

    if your TDEE was 2000 you would be going over by 14000cals a week. 3500cals is what people call a pound for loss or gain, so:

    you could gain up to 4 pounds a week by "estimate" standards.

    for when you would become obese.... INFO! ONFO!

    It's pretty darn special! the sugar just helps it dry so you can grab handfuls without getting all sticky. Can totally skip it though!!

    Maybe someone already said this, but you just need to close out your diary and then it will tell you how much you will weigh in 5 weeks, so depending on how close you already are to obesity, you could just keep doing that and knowing 5 weeks in advance (as long as you have everything filled out correctly). Just keep logging!
