if you ate 4000 calories a day, 1000g of which were carbs, than you'd be eating strictly carbs. zero fat, and zero protein.

Just because you cant function with less than 2000 Calories a day doesnt mean it's the same with everyone else...
At the end of the day it's calories in vs calories out. If you want to lose weight you must eat at a deficit. If you want to gain you must eat at a surplus. There are millions of people living an active healthy lifestyle with less than 2000 calories...
Carbs and fats dont make you fat... It's eating over maintenance and being a lazy *kitten* that make you fat.0 -
