    Boy Blue?

Assuming maybe that is correct. I saw something on YouTube and had to use it.

    Whatcha Gonna Do?

Been listening to the year in review countdown on AT40. I just love the '70s!

    Correct song.

I thought about listening to that too, but I hit a bucket of balls at the range while listening to Yacht Rock instead. Both good stuff.

Another city reference. One song was released as a single, while the other was a B-side.

Ringo Starr + Billy Joel = [songs]

Allentown was my first thought and then New York State of Mind, but I'm assuming it's the same city reference for Ringo and I didn't find anything that matched there.

Copilot says Los Angelenos by Billy Joel and Los Angeles by Ringo Star, but I can't find the Ringo song.

(It's All Down To) Goodnight Vienna by Ringo Starr. Released in 1975, peaked at 31 on Billboard. (From the same album as Only You, No No Song and Snookeroo)

Vienna by Billy Joel was the B-side to Just The Way You Are, 1977.

I have heard Vienna by Billy Joel.

Did not know the Beatles song, but knew the band.

There may be others but those are the ones I thought of.

I stumbled across a video on YouTube you might like about Carole King. I've been listening to Tapestry today.

I listened to Tapestry on Sunday. Good album!

    I'll check out the video.

    Action

Did not remember that one at first. The Sweet version did sound familiar but would not have come up with it without looking through their discographies on wikipedia.

    That's it.

I remember when it came out. It was around the same time as Bohemian Rhapsody. I thought it was Queen. After I learned it was Sweet, I bought their album Give Us A Wink. I already had Desolation Boulevard. It was one of my most played albums, back then. Still listen to it on occasion. Action was the only hit from it.

Just finished the Carole King documentary. That was good.
