What's everyone eating for breakfast this morning?

I'm thinking of having wholegrain seeded toast with 2 eggs! Trying to get more protein into my diet plus it should help me through my morning workout!

I had a bacon butty this morning, but that is my weekend treat. Most days it is 2 slices of wholemeal toast x0

Mmm bacon butty sounds delicious, but I have my first ever yoga class in the morning and I don't want to do smelly farts all over the place. Downward dogs have me very worried.
No eggs for the same reason.
Coffee and toast I think will be best.
Cheers, h
I will have a bb, and think of England, when I get back

Fage Greek yoghurt, mixed nuts and a drizzle of honey with a cappuccino.0
-
I'm having some flaked cereal with added sultanas and flaked almonds.0

So far I've had a kiwi and two eggs and an iron supplement pill. I'm going to eat a banana and drink some more water as soon as I've written this.
But it's Sunday, so no real rush to get anywhere (in fact, it's kind of an indoor day for me as I have household tasks and food prep to deal with) -- on week days, unless I'm running way too late, I eat oatmeal with a banana, flax seeds and spiced with some cinnamon. Recently added an egg to the weekday breakfast too (on days that I lift) and will try to incorporate protein powder in there somewhere as well.0 -

My daily breakfeast until parents go grocery shopping is like toast (2-3 slices) with peanut butter not the best out there but keeps me full till lunch, though I am having a hard time finding healthy cheap lunches around my school.0 -
Black Americano from Cafe Nero...0
-
All-bran and black coffee.0
-
A breakfast sandwich. Toasted english muffin, a fried egg, canadian bacon, and cheese.0
-
A slice of wholegrain toast, with a scrambled egg and grilled cherry tomatoes.0
-
Natural yoghurt and Nutty Granola!0
-
Butter, cheese, hot sauce, coffee with whipping cream. Would have thrown some eggs in there, but I'm having steak later.0

Try having an oats bar or a protein bar! I find that these are good to get you through to your next meal without having to snack on unhealthy stuff0 -

Let me know how the yoga goes! Thinking of doing some yoga classes myself. Heard that it's great for keeping the muscles relaxed and flexible?0 -
I had oatmeal with honey and fruit and milk. Simple...0

I had 2 bits of white toast, 2 poached eggs, 200g baked beans and a potato scone! And ketchup of course 600 calories ish. Sunday is the only day I have a cooked breakfast and as I just recorded a new loss, I decided I deserved exactly what I wanted!0

I had a cup of coffee w/cream and sweet n low. Probably will have 2 eggs scrambled with cheese and bacon when I get home. I just can't eat first thing in the morning.0
-
Toast and homemade jam and a black tea0
-
Two mini wraps, each one filled with scrambled egg and Spoilt Pig bacon (the only bacon worth having unless you can get Ayrshire bacon). Plus a double espresso with milk. Yum.0

I LOVE hotdogs but people always comment on them in my food diary. Strange really as they never comment on my ice cream and rarely comment on my weekend half bottles of vodka lol.0 -

Find something worse than the hotdog! Haha, or just log more vodka..
My brekkie was 3 eggs and 3 slices of bacon. 381 delicious, worth it calories. Oatmeal just makes me hungry after an hour, bacon and eggs and I'm good for 3 or 4. At least that's my justification..0 -

Ezekiel bread avacado...vegan sausage patty and 2 egg whites:-)0
-
I'm having a toasted corn english muffin, with 1/2 tbsp butter and a teaspoon of honey from my own bees (there's not much of that left as I don't have the bees anymore -- they were eaten by a bear!!). And espresso.0

Yoga is amazing for just that! I have a great yoga teacher that does a gentle flow class. It feels like being hypnotized, it's relaxing and a great way to love your body.
Def try it if you have the chance0 -

2 egg vegetable omelet with smoked salmon on the side for extra protein. (Don't know why the smoked salmon isn't just in the omelet -- like it better this way.)0
