Hi, can I join this challenge? Late night snacking and eating had been a big one for me especially for me , I have an even harder time when the guy in dating loves to eat at night , I'm a follower . I was doing real good for 3 months in here, went from 186 to 169 , then in one month I went right back up to 181
Today is my second day back and I will do I right this time

Yayyy night snacking is where I do all my damage, 4pm and 9pm are my danger times, I could easily eat an extra 1000 calories a day at those two times! Its so helpful to read about others struggling with it too.
