Television Shows You Wished Had Ended Differently

Is there a series you wished had ended differently?

For me, that'd be So Weird and Ugly Betty.

Please refrain from comments like, "cancelled for good reason." ;)

from what i understand they had hoped a cable channel like SyFy would have picked it up thats why they didnt give it a real finale.

    Nuts!

"The Sopranos"....after watching all 6 seasons several times over, not giving the series an ending of any description really cheesed me off...and now that T is no longer with us, they never will have an ending.

St. Elsewhere. That ending was a total insult to the entire run of the show.

i thought the Sopranos was great....its pretty clear that he died in the final scene. for one he had discussed in an earlier episode what it would be like to get whacked.

and furthermore...in the final scenes every time the doorbell chimes the scene to cuts to tony...then it cuts to tony's point of view...and finally meadow opens door....door chimes....cut to tony....cut to tony's view...black....dead.

if you had told me at any point in the series it would have ended w/o all the questions being answered i would have said it would be very disappointing. but i actually loved what they did with the finale. i loved the human side of it.

Sopranos and Deadwood, cancelling that show was the greatest travesty in television history.

I second this. It felt like a total cop-out, and like they had never actually bothered to think that far ahead. Lame.

fortunately for me i was introduced to the Firefly universe through Serenity. i would have been crushed if i had watched the series first.

The BBC series Coupling. I wish it hadn't ended as soon, and not with a pregnancy! Annoying.

Also, the show "Ringer"...it was canceled and ended terribly. I loved the character of Andrew and thought it was totally unrealistic for him to wind up being all evil.

Torchwood. It was totally no fair the way it dwindled, and now it's on indefinite hiatus!

Prison Break. In my mind, it ended in season two with Michael, Link, and Sara on the boat sailing away. Link would have been reunited with his son; Michael and Sara would have had a nice, healthy relationship and marriage. Sucre and Maricruz would be happy. C-Note and his family would be okay. Bellick and T-Bag would have gotten their butts handed to them...

Yea... past the boat, the other seasons of PB never existed.
