Took the hotdogs out of the microwave and ate them, without realizing that they consist entirely of MSG. Immediate seizure, lapsed into coma, and died several days later.0

Tried to pronounce the name of the Welsh town, "Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch" ... Pulled their tongue muscle, couldn't eat or drink for days ... Died of dehydration.0
