I remembered another one. Butter cookies, either dipped in hot tea or better yet make a nutella/butter cookie sandwich...omg good thing I don't have nutella in the house lol.0

Pizza and chinese food. Those are the two where I can't just eat a small portion and eat well the rest of the day to make up for it. All of it will be gone if I eat it.0

I am not sure any one food did me in. It was the portions I chose to eat. My relationship with food has changed drastically since I started MFP.0

It depends on my frame of mind. Sometimes it's pb or Nutella, I can not keep any sweets or chocolate at home, sometimes it's ice cream if I lose my control, sometimes it's pb n j sandwich (for my chocolate craving) I still can't make a cake or brownies or cookies or cinnamon rolls without eating the whole thing. So I don't buy it.0

My demons is sugar, and although ice cream in general has never been my weakness but I used to have one every once in a while, and its like you said.. one serving? .. yup the whole thing! 500ml of it! .. good lord when you look back at what you managed to shove in your mouth.
Candy is my weakness, Before I started at MFP I would eat candy every day, I would eat about 200-500grams of it, along with sugary energy drinks where each can contains 250 calories and a boatload of sugar and other nasty chemicals.
I could have easily eaten candy all day every day instead of real food. and I almost did that. My only meal was supper. rest of my day was candy.0 -
I thought it was pepsi or my coffee from Starbucks, but I have bought those twice since I started, had some, felt stupid, and thrown the rest away so I guess not.0

Definitely Coca Cola Classic, man, I could go to town on a 12 pack back in the day. I since been a lot better and can have a can every couple days and let the pack sit in my fridge with no problems.0

Bread, sweets, and snack foods like salt and vinegar chips and Hot n Spicy Cheez-its. I LOVE chocolate.
It's been a real victory to not feel as powerless over them. If I REALLY want them, I'll have a serving and try not to go back for more. lol0 -

Baked goods tend to be a self destruct food for me. Case in point we had a catered event for a training session at work today and I couldn't resist trying out a variety of the freshly baked goods that were left over. Needless to say, I was very full tonight and made sure to engage in an extra long HIIT session.0

My top 5-6 death foods all involve chocolate in some manner. I could attribute a fast 20 lb weight gain to chocolate chips alone if I allowed myself.0

Peanut butter! And its so hard to keep out of the house. 90% of the rime I'm totally fine eating it in moderation, but every so often I just mow down with a spoon0
