    Successes/struggles this week: Worked very hard this week! I noticed I only seem to lose weight when I leave 500 calories and don't eat them at the end of the day. I know the app isn't 100% accurate but could it really be by that much???

    My biggest challenge lately is being hungry all the time! It really hasn't been a great week. Reading about everyone else's successes is inspiring me to do better! I'd really like my family to notice my weight loss at Thanksgiving, but I doubt they will. My sister is on MFP, so she might say something. Not quite the same, though. It's so hard after 40!     Successes/struggles this week: I was very disappointed with my weigh in on Thursday. It showed a +2 weight gain and I don't understand why. I stuck to plan all week and was expecting to see a drop in the scale. I hope it's just my body adjusting. Good news is today it's almost back to where I was on Monday.

    Successes/struggles this week: I have been frustrated with a mini stall in my weight. I had weighed on a different scale last week so I am happy to be out of my stall. Weight loss quite a bit slower this month, so might cut calories a bit.

    Successes/struggles this week: I had lost a pound as of yesterday but having a meal with a lot of sodium last night seemed to have added the weight back on. I'm hoping since I've added in more regular exercise and been sticking to my calorie/nutrition goals that I'll have some progress next week.
