    struggles/ victories for the week: The good news: I stuck with documenting on MFP every day and was also honest with myself about tracking if I made a less healthy choice. The bad news: I ate 3 Hot glazed Krispy Kreme donuts.

    Struggles/ victories for the week: Eating habits were not good for the week probably why I had a small gain rather than loss. Getting that in check now. Victory made to the gym at least three times.

    Struggles/victories for the week: I have not been doing the yoga in the morning like I was. I feel bad for quitting it, and it did make me feel pretty good...will probably start doing it again this week. Another struggle I had was that I had one of those moments where I was hungry and I just wanted to say "screw it" and eat everything in sight. It was after work and I had to come home and cook. I reminded myself why I'm doing this and grabbed some fruit to get me by until supper was ready. Other than that, I feel like I'm getting in a good routine and overall the healthier eating and exercising is becoming second nature. Oh, and I remembered to take my vitamins everyday this week!

    Struggles/Victories for the week: My poor broken scale had to be retired. I am pretty sure my toddler was jumping on it to watch the numbers flash. Oh well! The new scale has been very kind to me ths week! I think they may have been calibrated differently, but who cares! I show an awesome loss!

    struggles/ victories for the week: It's been a tough time since last week. Things happening that threw everything off track as far as exercising but still trying to watch calories. Was doing 3 miles on the treadmill 3 days a week and some strength training in between. Going to try to get back on track. :)

    Struggles/ victories for the week: I feel kinda demoralized since I've gained weight, I've been logging everything, but not religiously weighing it. I have however been changing my daily habits. I walk daily, go to gym 2x a week, and have swapped out my usual nighttime wine for perrier. Also eating a piece of fruit daily and more veggies.
