I know HEAVY weight lifting is good so I can build more muscle mass specially I m a 50 yrs woman but here is my problem. I have big upper arms ,shoulder?? so I can not squeezing in blouses. The petite size is event worse.
Should I do light weight for shoulder and upper arms instead.

The weight you lift really effects strength more than anything. If you are losing weight, you are unlikely to gain muscle. So heavy lifting makes you stronger. Lifting light can give endurance.

Hasn't your wife lost any weight yet ?

    Like 6-9lbs?

Seriously dude, what you doing here?

Only 4cm... its gonna be a long night lol.

    Are you being ...useful :)

Keeping us updated is useful.... sorta.

Ill post the play by play...

    Ugh. No.

    I've heard this one before.

The only warning you are going to get is the one from your wife wondering why you keep playing on MFP when you should be pampering her and the new baby!

I know what's going on here. Someone has passed their exams, got qualified, is passionate and you lot are just jealous.
Can someone explain why all calories are not equal?

All calories are equal as a measurement, however some of them hang out in more nutrient dense food than others. If you are looking for energy but are not in a big hurry to get it any old calorie will do. If you are looking for a particular nutrient (Macro or Micro) or you need a quickly usable form of energy then you need to be more selective.
ETA: No jealousy here. I was just hanging out to see the baby lemon drop.

LoL. We're jealous? That has to be it. Can't possibly be that her information was incorrect or anything like that. Nope. Not at all.
