hey

Starting back after a 7 month break and looking forward to dropping some weight back off.

I always find it easier as part of a group so can keep my motivation up.
So looking for anyone who fancies a Christmas challenge?

I'm looking to drop 12 lbs between now and Christmas Day,

If you have a Christmas target and would like a hand, give me a friend request and we can keep each other going.
