Deer antlers are great for weight loss

As long as they are still attached to the deer and you are carrying the whole thing a mile or so back to the truck. Uphill is even better. ;)

You took that in a different direction, I thought the deer would be chasing me! (Which would also work, OP)

OP, eat the foods up to the calorie goal that MFP gave you. Eat back 50-75% of your exercise calories. Give this four weeks (at least) and see what has happened. Then decide if you want to change your goals, based on results. It's really that simple (not easy, but simple). You can do it without spending money on untested and unproven supplements.

If it is made from velvet, it must be harvested from captive deer. Deer shed their velvet by scraping it off while it dies and dries, in the wild. There is no velvet on them by the time they are harvested during hunting in the fall, or shed the antlers in the winter.

Ewwww..... no. Leave the dam deer alone. Go watch Bambi and re-evaluate.....

    JK;)

No for real, this sounds as pointless as any other supplement gained from some random part of an animal. If it worked scientists would've already created a chemical version in a lab and we'd be using it to treat erectile dysfunction or something.

Is it extra special if it comes from "Da Tirty Point Buck?"
