Good morning! I'm working chest and triceps and doing cardio and abs today. What are you working? Also, feel free to add me--I would love to have some friends :-)

I'm working upper and lower body today. So will be doing a lot of compound movements.0

In steady rotation for me Romanian dead lifts, deadlifts, leg press, good mornings, glute ham raises.
There are also a bunch of variations of squats and lunges to do to mix things up and hit muscles in a slightly different way.0 -

Did circuits with kettlebells, battle ropes and resistance bands. Also played around with tires and sledgehammers.0 -
