In steady rotation for me Romanian dead lifts, deadlifts, leg press, good mornings, glute ham raises.
There are also a bunch of variations of squats and lunges to do to mix things up and hit muscles in a slightly different way.0 -

Last really heavy bench day until my meet. Also had some token squats.0

30 minutes cardio mostly arc trainer & upper body this morning . Tmrrw same cardio & lower body & abs. I alternate M-Th. Friday is same cardio & total body with just walking some on weekends0
