I just wanted honest feedback from people who have actually taken the product, not a bunch of people who have no firsthand experience with it. I have friends who have taken it and their results were what I would call mixed. So, I want to thank those of you who shared your firsthand experiences. Going by that, I probably won't be taking this product. It just seems to risky.

I'm glad you came back though OP. We get so many people who start threads like these and just abandon them at the first sign of "that's not what I want to hear".

I know it was joking, but I just don't want people to get the wrong idea. I want to hear the real side effects that could be experienced taking the pill, good or bad. I don't want it sugar coated. If taking the pill actually makes you poop yourself at random, I would like to know!10 -
I am glad to hear you have decided to stay away from it @CleanUpWhatIMessedUp. To have something with the side effects it gives one, I would have to have something seriously wrong with me.

So plan B is a reasonable calorie deficit determined by consistent weighing and measuring for a sufficient period of time to reach your goal, right?

I remember several years ago, I bought the stuff, knew about the poop risk and was always too afraid to take it. It sat in my medicine cabinet unused until I finally threw it away. I am so glad I never tried it, even more so now lol. This is for me, officially the funniest thread ever.5
