Just to reiterate what many have pointed out... You are likely losing water weight initially (which will come back) and with cals so low you'll start losing both fat AND muscle. You'll see the scale going down and be happy until your metabolism starts to drop due to less muscle overall and then you'll plateu and have a hard time losing at lower cal levels. Eating more and being active will not only allow you to lose weight, but can also increase your muscle to fat ratio where after time your body will start burning more calories then it does now. Help your body help you lose! Eat more of the right foods, get more active, and know that the slower you lose the more likely it will stay off!
