Successes/struggles this week: I travel for work and being on the road its harder to make good eating decisions (especially when the other people are eating plates of fried food!).. but I have really tried my best the last couple of weeks and its paying off. I think my struggle will be to keep at it through the holidays and beyond. I just try to take it one day at time.. or it becomes overwhelming thinking of all the possible slip ups. lol.

Successes/struggles this week: Last week was our family funeral week for my Father in Law so some group meals and the challenges of emotional eating. I was able to resist the urge to just eat to feel better, join in the group meals but stay in control and get a lot of walking in. I didn't have access to a scale so was thrilled to see I was able to stay in loss mode! Challenge this week will be work stress after being behind and now gone almost a week.0 -

Successes this week: Consistency! Stayed within calories, portion control and exercise were a big part this week. I had a holiday party and started making cookies. I didn't feel deprived. If I really wanted it, I had it. When I was filled and satisfied, I stopped.

Monday was Holiday Luncheon at work, didn't do horrible so I can't complain but I didn't drink all my water. My struggle this week will be three more luncheons and a weekend out with friends. My goal this week is to stay steady and not gain any weight. We shall see.0 -

Successes/struggles this week: Goodbye, TOM and overindulgence bloat! Reverted to my healthy habits learned through this year- cut back on the extra cups of coffee with fixins, extra sweets, and focused on eating foods that nourish and sustain me- cravings are gone! I spent the weekend baking gifts for Christmas and didn't feel tempted to indulge! It helped to know I had to report to you all, so a big thanks!!
