Successes/struggles this week: didn't weigh myself last week after being so disappointed and tempted to give up until after the new year. Stuck with it (and had the stomach flu on Xmas eve!) And I'm happy I did. I limited the sweets, putting them back on the plate a couple times after mindlessly picking them up. Working on being mindful of my mood and how it relates to my eating habits. Happy holidays!!

Successes/struggles this week: Not a good week for me, ear issues the past week. Got a cold, had to see the doctor on Saturday.

I started to feel better yesterday! Cold, and upper respiratory system okay now. Well return to the gym probably Tuesday.

Gained weight, ate to much Christmas eve, and Christmas day. To much chocolate, turkey, deserts lol. But that is okay, this only happens once a year.

Successes/Struggles this week: I completely forgot to keep up with this until today. Though I went over by like 400 on Christmas, I've maintained my 1200 calorie goal every other day & the weight is coming off! My only struggle is when I wake up. I wake up at like 6, but if I don't wait until about 8 to eat, I won't make it to lunch without eating. So between 6 & 8 is a struggle normally filled with a lot of water.

I can't find my previous posts.
Success/struggles: I'm down 3.1 lbs. since Thanksgiving. I'm getting really frustrated and discouraged.
I stopped counting calories for a couple of days over xmas. I ate a lot of bad food, but I don't think I overate, and I only gained back a pound or so.
I think I'm going to have to lower my calorie goals to see results. MFP has me eating 2,200 calories a day, and I rarely hit that, and I'm still not really losing.
I am getting fit. I was able to run in my soccer game on Sunday and even had two shots on goal.

    Weight lost/gained this month: -11.2
Weight loss since starting 11/9/15: -21.4

Successes: Wait! What?! I lost weight over Christmas????? Hell yes!!! That is the best Christmas present ever!!!

I got lots of compliments on my weight loss so far from family that hasn't seen me in a while. I was actually invited into a picture from one of the vain ones which hasn't happened in a while (guess she wasn't worried I was going to ugly up her picture lol).

Struggles: The only thing that has kept me from totally derailing these holidays has been MFP. As it is, I drank way too much wine, although I kept my food in check pretty good, but they weren't normal food choices for me...Red meat, pasta, salty food, and too many desserts. What I have learned through these holidays though is that it's okay to have a little bit of the good stuff as long as you don't overdo it (note: except for wine - I don't have a moderation filter for wine lol).

ANYWAY....SO READY TO KICK BUTT IN 2016!!!

Try a protein shake. Some are only 100 calories and are really filling. I mix my mocha flavored protein pack with coffee. So yummy! And only 100 calories!
