            Took a rest day yesterday following my long run Sunday (as those tend to wipe me out), but got in an hour of evening cycling along a lit 10 mile path next to one of the causeways crossing Tampa Bay. Today was just some speedwork and light lifting, as I know I need to cut back on my muscle mass leading up to my next marathon if I want a shot at qualifying for Boston. Did some quick math, and if I hit my targets, I'll finish the year with over 1700 miles of running & over 5000 miles of biking. Definitely good with both of those totals.
