I am still walking as much as possible. I admit I am slack on logging in my Diary and the exercise are but Holidays are so busy I barely have time. When some of our family moved here I started child sitting some and they keep me busy! I do encourage them too walk with me though and they do BUT as you can guess it is not my regular really long walks....I do manage those while they are in school. lol
