    It's a bit late to come in on this challenge but I usually walk an hour per day at least 5times a week. 1 hour pilates a week. 20 mins exercise in the house eg leg lifts and arm exercises. Then spin either in a slash or in the gym on the virtual bike for 45 mins per week. Swim maybe once a fortnight but would like to make that every week. Doing this challenge will spur me on when I feel like giving ouy. Faye x

    Celebrating two full years of maintenance! That's 730 days, 12/17/13-12/16/15. Stats for that period: Avg. weight = 148.8. Avg. daily total cal. = 1880. Avg. daily net cal. = 1483. Avg. daily exercise burn = 397 cal. Miles pedaled on mini-bike = 12,633.5 (daily avg. = 17.3). Total workout hours for all exercises = 780.7 (daily avg. = 1.07 hrs.). I haven't kept diligent maintenance records prior to MFP, but I'm pretty sure this is the longest I've maintained my goal weight -- by a long shot. On to Year Three!

    Celebrating two full years of maintenance! That's 730 days, 12/17/13-12/16/15. Stats for that period: Avg. weight = 148.8. Avg. daily total cal. = 1880. Avg. daily net cal. = 1483. Avg. daily exercise burn = 397 cal. Miles pedaled on mini-bike = 12,633.5 (daily avg. = 17.3). Total workout hours for all exercises = 780.7 (daily avg. = 1.07 hrs.). I haven't kept diligent maintenance records prior to MFP, but I'm pretty sure this is the longest I've maintained my goal weight -- by a long shot. On to Year Three!
