It's a bit late to come in on this challenge but I usually walk an hour per day at least 5times a week. 1 hour pilates a week. 20 mins exercise in the house eg leg lifts and arm exercises. Then spin either in a slash or in the gym on the virtual bike for 45 mins per week. Swim maybe once a fortnight but would like to make that every week. Doing this challenge will spur me on when I feel like giving ouy. Faye x0
