    That's your opinion and you're not wrong for having it. There's nothing wrong with white flour to YOU. But for ME, I choose not to eat it for MY OWN reasons.

    They are very light and a little sweet. A great substitute for flour.

    stick some oats in the food processor to make oat flour if you don't want to go buy it. I don't have a food processor so I do small amounts in my coffee grinder!
