Cinnamon rolls for breakfast, then a spiral ham, mashed potatoes and a few different vegetables, with some biscuits. Simple quick stuff that requires little to no prep before it's cooked and easy to clean up. Won't say that for the rest of the house tomorrow though. Ugh, the trash we will have.

I finally have mine figured out.

    Christmas Eve Dinner:

Coho Salmon Stuffed with Dungeness Crab and Artichoke Hearts
    Sauteed Shredded Brussels Spouts
Simple Salad with Red Leaf Lettuce, Chanterelle Mushrooms and Balsamic Dressing (homemade)
    Gruet Blanc de Noir

    Christmas Brunch:

Reindeer Milk (Ice Cream, Milk, Vanilla and Bourbon)
Scrambled Eggs and Bacon in Puff Pastry
    Apples and Oranges

    Christmas Dinner:

I may have left over salmon, or a Filet Mignon.

Prime rib, twice baked potatoes, cherry pie, and of course 805 beer...doesn't get much better than that
