What do you do with your egg yolks?

I, too, eat them. All the nutrition of an egg is in the yolk! It's one of the most nutritious things you can possible eat (after all, it has all the nutrients to grow a small bird!). There's no point in eating just the egg white. If you're worried about bad cholesterol, you should know that it doesn't form unless the yolk is in contact with air before it's cooked. Therefore, if you hard boil or steam your eggs, they have more good cholesterol in them than bad cholesterol. Eat it up, get nutrients, be healthy.0

I only eat the egg yolk because I have a histamine reaction to the egg white. I eat the egg yolk and use the rest of the egg to make egg salad for my daughter that likes egg salad.0
