What Mini Goal is motivating you right now!

Finally starting to lose again! I have a chance of getting to 160 lbs by end of month. It's only .3 of a pound to go.16

This week, getting below 15lbs lost. Got up this morning 15.1lbs. Nice. Next week, below 235 or maybe my clothes fitting better, feeling more comfortable, less aches and pains. So many goals, all short and sweet and all heading towards the big one... One step at a time.15

My wedding in March. I need to get rid of some back rolls and also build strength to feel comfortable in my heels.12

I hit the 140's!!! So my goal now is to hit 145 and I will be the lowest weight I've been in 20 years!20

Honestly, just getting that next pound. I'm losing VERY slowly, so I'm focusing on each pound that is lost. When my weight goes down only by increments of .1 and .2, every .0 is a new victory!13

I just started losing this year and so far so good.
But my mini goal is being able (for the first time in years) to tighten my belt to the next notch. So far no progress there, but it shouldn't be toooo long.11 -
I just started this year, too! My first mini-goal is to get to a 31-day streak of counting calories. When I get there, I'm getting myself a Garmin watch to support my long-term goals! I'm a bit too frugal at times, so I've had a hard time justifying getting one. This is really motivating for me, though. I feel like I have a good excuse to spend the money, hehe.15

I made it! I finished today with a 2 mile bike ride in freezing rain. I couldn't bring myself to do more outside, so I did a couple YouTube workouts also. February's plan: 300 miles of biking and walking17 -

Somewhat surprisingly I hit 87kg this morning. New mini goal is 85kg, a nice round number.

Ok, down to 85 this morning 😮 guess I truly have a new lowest-recorded-weight. I think the next mini goal will be 82kg, because then I’ll just be 5kg away from the healthy BMI. I also want to slow down my loss and I’m actually shooting for 82kg by end of year.
I weighed in at 81kg this morning. New weight related mini goal is healthy BMI at 77kg.
Finally my weight starts with a 7, I weighed in at 79kg this morning. Maybe 77kg is within reach for February, who knows!18 -
Fat-boy contest weigh-in this week (month 1). Down 17.1lbs so far. That's gotta be close to the prize $$. Here's hopping.13

Hopefully we will be going on a trip in April or early May and I'd like to be 15 pounds down by then.8

I came on here 8 years ago feb 11 at 40 lbs heavier. I want to weigh exactly 40 lbs lighter this day. So far so good. 199 lbs to 159 lbs. It feels wonderful.11

Me too (although abs do show under exertion now, weigh in at 147.8 lbs this morning)...but I shall head down to 145 lbs first ( 3 lbs away) and see what things look like....then down to 140...waist and all measurements are down....clothes are getting baggy and I am feeling good....
My motivation is the lean mass gain I want to achieve post this cut....looking forward to the bulking life....6 -
To loose a 1/2 pound a week by exercising off 340 calories a day/ 6 days week, various methods, and not eating back those spent calories.5

i bought a bunch of corsets that i ended up not being able to fit in just barely, so i really want to be able to wear them eventually.7

I want to walk one mile at least 3 days this week. I usually run 3x/week, but I can't right now, and I won't do anything if I don't set a goal. So, walking a mile is the goal. I usually run and walk a lot more in nicer weather, just b/c I want to. Now I need more to get me up and out.7

Fitting into some leggings I bought online. It was an expensive pain in the rear end to return them so I kept them with the goal to squeeze into them. It will happen.7

I'm just shy of losing my first 20 lbs and (while I know it's about way more than numbers) currently I am ALL about achieving that number. It just feels like a big benchmark and I'm very close now; expecting it at either my next weigh-in or the one after. (I currently weigh in 2x/week).
I plan to give myself a small (non-food) prize; maybe a new pair of jeans or a flattering top. Highly motivating!12 -
160 anything. Anything below 180 was my dream weight for a couple of decades and now at 171 going lower13
