Great job! This where I am at too. I'm at 192.6 at the moment. Strayed off the path for a couple weeks there. Gained a couple back but they fell off as soon as I started back up...likely water weight. Hope to be under 190 here in a couple weeks.6 -

My weekly goal is to eat 5 mor more servings of veggies 5/7 days this week, to exercise 4/7 days this week and to go to sleep by 10:30 5/7 days this week.
My more long term goal is to lose 12 lbs in 12 weeks.9 -

Getting out of the 190's can't be my goal anymore because I just did it! I guess my next goal will be to tackle 185. My vegetable garden is producing now so I am aiming to have one meal a day almost entirely produced out of my land (eggs count). Granted I can't produce salt and olive oil but I can do what I can do. Trying to save us some money and eat healthier.16

Fastening a shirt or pants easily, without struggling when I previously couldn't wear them, is a huge motivation. Other people may not even notice. But I sure can see it, and that teeny tiny milestone is enough to help me stay motivated.14

My mini goal is to have lost 30 lbs by the start of school. I started in June and I've lost 24lbs with approx. 3 weeks to go!15

I just met my last mini scale goal of staying consistently under 180 😀😀😀
Now I am moving on to staying consistently under 175.
Non scale goal - Eat at least 25 grams of fiber per day - making sure to have some at every meal.11 -

I think that's a great goal! But I have to say something from personal experience. Don't be afraid of taking medications. I don't know how severe your symptoms are, but for me, I need them. I tried for something like 5 years to stay off of meds, but I ended up realizing that I need them. I had been on and off meds for 20 years... after 20 years of trial and error, I've become honest with myself and my doctor. I am on a very helpful med now! Good luck to you. Hope the healthy food and exercise works wonders for you!11 -

MINI GOAL #1: Lose 10 pounds and 2-4 inches in four weeks!! (7/25 - 8/14)
HOW: 3 days/week resistance, stretching, HIIT and 20-25g net carbs and 8-10K steps daily.
This is a challenge. Working from home, my step count has become terrible. Going to Keto after a mostly HCHP diet - both diet and exercise are pushing me out of my comfort zone. Recently diagnosed pre-diabetic (wake-up call!), not only have I apparently been Insulin Resistant ~ I've also been KETO resistant a long time too - saying crazy stuff like there's NO WAY I could live like that! Friends, I've got a whole new perspective on the subject and starting Dr. Bergs beginner Keto/IF guide today.6 -
6 pounds to go until I’m down to Class 2 Obesity from Class 3! Hoping to get there by my 8/26 doctor appointment!15

Upping my water intake. We got a new fancy smart scale that takes aaaaalll the measurements so I figure it’s one easy thing I can control and track.8
